1. Overview of Service

OpenSI Camp provides digital spiritual and educational content centered on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The primary service includes the Weekly Gospel Letter and other related resources designed to help members reflect on faith, spiritual intelligence, and everyday life.

2. Membership Plans

OpenSI Camp currently offers the following membership plans:

• Founding Member ($50/month) — Access to the Weekly Gospel Letter, members-only community, Spiritual Intelligence Insights, and related content. OpenSI Camp reserves the right to limit the number of Founding Members and to modify membership conditions with prior notice.
• 153 Circle ($153/month) — Includes all Founding Member benefits plus additional rights as described in Section 6. OpenSI Camp reserves the right to modify membership conditions with prior notice.

3. Membership Activation and Email Verification

To activate your membership and begin receiving communications, you must complete email verification via one-time passcode (OTP). Membership is not considered active until email verification is completed.

4. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. OpenSI Camp does not collect or store credit card information directly. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

5. Subscription Maintenance and Automatic Termination

Membership is maintained on a monthly subscription basis. If a member fails to meet subscription maintenance conditions — including but not limited to successful payment processing — the membership will be automatically terminated and the member will be notified via email.

6. The 153 Circle — Special Terms

The 153 Circle is a founding membership tier with a permanent cap of 153 seats. The following special terms apply:

• Fixed membership size: The total number of 153 Circle seats is permanently capped at 153. This number will not be increased.
• Vacancy and replenishment: If a seat becomes vacant due to cancellation or automatic termination, it may be offered to new applicants at OpenSI Camp's discretion.
• Condition changes: Membership conditions, benefits, and obligations may be modified by OpenSI Camp with prior notice to existing members.
• Automatic termination: Failure to maintain subscription conditions will result in automatic termination with notification. A vacated seat is not reserved and may be filled by another applicant.
• Operational participation rights: 153 Circle members may be granted operational participation rights as described in Section 9.

7. Referral Program

Members may request a referral code to invite others (referred to as "Fellows") to OpenSI Camp. The referral program operates as follows:

• A referral code is issued upon request after email verification.
• Points are awarded when a Fellow joins using your referral code.
• Monthly points for paid Fellow subscriptions are awarded only while the Fellow's paid subscription remains active. Points cease upon cancellation or termination of the Fellow's subscription.
• Referral visit data including channel and content source is recorded for program accuracy and improvement.

8. Points System

Points may be earned through referrals and program participation. The following conditions apply:

• Points are valid indefinitely and do not expire.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
• Points may be redeemed for in-app items and future events as determined by OpenSI Camp.
• The specific uses and rules for points will be developed together with members who hold operational participation rights. Members will be notified of redemption options when available.

9. Operational Participation Rights

OpenSI Camp offers a structured system of operational participation rights, ranging from Level 1 to Level 5. Eligibility and advancement are determined based on the following criteria:

• Duration of continuous membership
• Degree of active participation in community activities
• Level of contribution to the OpenSI Camp mission

Participation rights are reviewed and granted on a discretionary basis by OpenSI Camp. The specific scope of authority at each level will be communicated separately upon grant. OpenSI Camp reserves the right to adjust level criteria and associated privileges over time.

10. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the OpenSI Camp Refund Policy. Members may request a refund within the timeframe specified in the Refund Policy available on this website.

11. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the website or services
• Impersonate other individuals or misrepresent identity
• Distribute spam, malicious content, or harmful communications
• Reproduce, distribute, or republish OpenSI Camp content without prior written permission

12. Intellectual Property

All content provided through OpenSI Camp, including written materials, reflections, and newsletters, is the intellectual property of OpenSI Camp unless otherwise stated. Members may access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

13. Service Availability

OpenSI Camp strives to maintain reliable service and consistent content delivery. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

14. Limitation of Liability

Content provided by OpenSI Camp is intended for educational and spiritual reflection purposes. OpenSI Camp is not responsible for individual decisions or outcomes based on use of the content.

15. Governing Law and General Provisions
